A bunch of info for the Wii was announced today. It'll launch on November 19th for $280 Canadian. It includes The Wii remote with a strap, similar to the DS, nunchuck attachment, Wii AC adaptor, Wii A/V cable, Wii console stand, sensor bar, sensor bar stand and two AA batteries. Besides the delay of Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, almost all the news was good. I'm not going to detail it all, but DSmeet has a good summary of all the major announcements. I'm especially looking forward to the newly announced channel features, which are essentially sub-categories on the Wii menu. The Wii's weather channel, Opera browser, Virtual Console and Mii features are all set up like this. I've recently come into possession of the first two Samurai Champloo manga comics. It was really good, good art and despite being different from the anime, the story was good too. Now, to my knowledge, the show was never aired in Canada. This sucks, so I've been looking for the DVDs to buy or, preferably, rent. Any stores selling it seemed to only have the final volume, and for a quite expensive price for four episodes. On the weekend, though, I found the entire show to rent at my local Microplay. (Their site sucks, don't hold it against them.) Not only that, but they had the only copy of Baten Kaitos in the area. I was really excited before it's launch back in 2003, but for some reason I never bought it. With BK Origins coming out I thought I should finally pick it up. I like it. Maybe ...

I'll keep it short today. It hasn't been that long since I posted, but I still like to pretend that I have a couple of readers that actually care if I post or not. Anyways, I was bored after I came home from school today so I started working on a website project for Comp. class. I like how things are coming along, you can check it out here. I don't really know what the subject matter is going to be, but I'm sure that'll come later. For today I just wanted to get the code down. This is the first time I've used CSS tabs, I know they are standard and a little drab, but I still like them. Maybe I'll try A List Apart's fancy tabs one time.
