School starts Wednesday. It pretty much sucks. I don't want to go back. Today I had to go for high school registration, things didn't go that well. After getting there a good ten minuets before I needed to be, I still had to wait in a huge line to get my photo taken. After that I had to wait in a line to get a temporary ID card, then went inside to find I needed to wait in, yes, another line to sign papers and get a finalized timetable and such. I'm tired of lines. All the inconsiderate smart people just snuck ahead of everyone else. That's probably why it took so long, everyone kept going in front of me. Anyways, it really wasn't that bad. Today Games Workshop hosted the Medusa V campagin event "Scorched Earth." We didn't really follow the specific stuff that we were supposed to, but the store staff got us going and myself and one other guy got playing, more people showed up and the staff switched spots with them and by the time I left we had five people playing with between 300 and 400 pts. going at it on a 4 by 4 ft. board. It was pretty crazy. Oh, if you have no idea what I'm talking about at this point you can pretty much ignore this post, I'm only going to talk about it. So, the internets would not be quiet about SoaP. Homemade T-shirts? Music? Crappy blogs that only talked about Snakes still probably had more readers than mine? Check, check and check. It seemed like a lot of hype for a movie whose title told the whole story. On Sunday I went to the movie expecting a laugh, and I got it. What I didn't expect was an exciting, entertaining movie who could make fun of itself. Obviously you can't go to a movie like Snakes on a Plane and expect a realistic, clever storyline. Honestly, the movie might have been better if there were snakes on a plane for no apparent reason. The movie had some major plot holes and confusing events.
